    Data we collect

    We only collect data strictly necessary for the provision of the service:

    • Account dataEmail address, full name, account type, professional role and country.
    • Professional profileExperience, training, certifications and availability provided to the AI chat.
    • BillingVAT number, tax name. Managed by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
    • UsageAI call log and subscription metadata.

    We do not collect specially protected data or data from children under 16 years of age.

    Data retention

    Data is kept as long as the account is active. After deletion, data is deleted immediately and in cascade (profile, embeddings and records). Tax data is kept for 4 years by legal obligation.

    The history of conversations with the AI is not stored. Only the resulting structured profile from the interview is saved.

    • StripeStripe: Payments and billing. Complies with European GDPR.
    • VercelVercel: Deployment and frontend hosting.
