Football Careers is a progressive web application (PWA) that connects football professionals with entities and people seeking talent, through an AI conversational interface. The Platform is operated by its owner, self-employed residing in Spain.

Acceptance of terms
Access and use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Service description
Subscription Plans
- • Free (0€): Professional profile with AI.
- • Search (9€): Semantic search.
- • Contact (29€): Unlimited unlocking.
Credits
Available for Search users starting at 5€ per contact, with no expiration.

Registration and account
The user must be over 16 years old and provide truthful information. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

Acceptable use
Express prohibitions:
- ✕ False or fraudulent information.
- ✕ Identity theft.
- ✕ Use for purposes outside football.
- ✕ Actions that damage technical integrity.

Subscriptions and payments
Processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period, with no proportional refunds.

Intellectual Property
The design, code, texts and AI technology are property of the Owner. Profile data belongs to the user, who grants a limited license to display their profile according to their plan.

Disclaimer
The Platform acts as a technological intermediary. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy of the profiles or the results of the hirings. The AI can make mistakes; always verify the information.
